A little something for me

Time off from school is precious
 and
this holiday whilst taking a week off from orders
I have enjoyed a little selfish hooky!

Who doesn't love a bit of granny goodness?

When I saw many of my pals on Instagram coming up with gorgeous
cowls, snoods and scarves I knew I just had to have a go!

The pattern I chose to use was written by the lovely Kath over at
Inverleith blog.

How exciting to rummage through my stash and find scraps to match with my different coats

This is what I came up with!
I am thrilled with my new cowl, it is so soft and snuggly.

I do encourage you
 to have a go
It really is very easy and suitable for any beginners
and any experienced hooky types will love the simplicity
knocking one up in a couple of sittings!

So go on over to Inverleith Blog NOW!

Bye for now ... back to my granny blanket

  1. Hi Heather Happy New Year hunny!
I've been keeping up with all your makes on Facebook. They all look gorgeous.
I'm in the middle of making myself a snood similar to yours.
I love them as they are perfect for that snuggly hug you need now and again!

    Have fun this year
